Easter Decorations

In honor of Easter this week, I wanted to lighten the mood and share some ideas for Easter decorations! Despite the recent news regarding the coronavirus, families can still enjoy decorating their house together and create a sense of normalcy!

Farmhouse Style Decorations

Most of my holiday decorations are geared towards the 'farmhouse' look. I exchange items out of my galvanized Magnolia Home shelf (shown below) for every holiday! 'Farmhouse' decorations create a modern-rustic theme that makes any room feel cozy and full of character! Items in this category include anything that is galvanized, mason jars, barn board signs, wicker or rattan items, faux plants, and the list goes on! I purchase the majority of my home and holiday decor from Hobby Lobby. They are the perfect place to purchase any decor without breaking the bank!

I have provided some pictures below for inspiration! There are two different types of looks.

Look #1

This look is color specific. I chose certain colors that included mostly white, orange, and green items. I incorporated galvanized shelving, a serving tray, faux plants, and a mason jar. I added carrots, white and green bunnies, various signs, green eggs, and small filler items to piece it all together!

Look #2: Colorful

This look has a variety of colors! I added vintage ceramic bunnies, multi-colored easter eggs, a wooden sign, easter baskets, and a galvanized bunny sign to my bench!

There are many ways to style your home during the holidays! Every individual has a unique taste and can create a wonderful display! I hope you all enjoy this weekend and are able to get out and enjoy the sunshine wherever you are! Easter can still be made into a special event!

Enjoy, Olivia
